The Life Audit

The Life Audit is a structured tool designed to help you see your life clearly across the nine key domains that shape your wellbeing, direction and sense of possibility.
I’m currently refining it by testing it on you, improving the questions, and making sure it produces insights that actually help you move.

If you want to be one of the early testers, you’ll get the first version as soon as it’s ready, plus the updated one when it’s finalised. This tool is going to help you to identify the areas of your life that might need a little tweak, but it is also going to give you a strategy for which to deal with first, because lets face it, there is no point re-plastering a house if you don’t have a roof.

What it covers

The Life Audit looks at nine domains — the areas that, taken together, make up the shape of your life. Things like how you spend your time, who you spend it with, what you're learning, how your body feels, whether your work still fits.

Some of these you'll score well. Some will surprise you. And at least one will probably make you wince a bit — which is exactly the point.

What you get

The audit doesn't just show you where you are. It helps you see where to start. Because the biggest mistake people make when they want to change their life is trying to change everything at once. The Life Audit gives you a strategy: fix the foundation first, then move to the walls, then worry about the curtains.

You'll walk away with a clear picture of your life as it actually is — not as you've been telling yourself it is — and a sense of which domain deserves your attention first.
