Life Audit Program
A Year-Long Redesign of Your Life
And the beginning of the next chapter.
The Life Audit Program is a 12-month, small-cohort experience designed for people who are ready to do the real work of reshaping their lives, with support, structure, behavioural science and a group of humans who help each other move further than they could alone.
This program isn’t right for everyone. It works best when the group is the right mix of readiness, honesty, curiosity and momentum.
That’s why there’s an application not to create exclusivity, but to make sure the environment is strong enough to spark the kinds of changes people join this program to make.
If you think this might be your moment, I’d love to hear from you.
What I’m Looking For
Not perfection.
Not achievement.
Not a certain type of person.
I’m looking for:
people who want to understand themselves more clearly
people ready for accountability that feels supportive, not punishing
people who want to experiment rather than overthink
people who are willing to show up for themselves and the group
people who would benefit from a year of rhythm, design and structure
If that sounds like you, the next step is simple.
The Application
(Takes about 5–10 minutes. No essays. Just honesty.)
1. What part of your life feels most ready for change right now?
(Go with the first thing that comes to mind.)
2. What’s the cost of not changing?
(What stays the same, or gets worse, if you don’t touch this for another year?)
3. What kind of support, structure or environment helps you follow through?
(Be as practical or human as you like.)
4. What tends to get in your way when you try to make changes?
(We all have patterns.)
5. How do you tend to behave in group settings?
(Be honest. Humans are gloriously inconsistent.)
6. Why this program, and why now?
(What tells you it might be the right moment?)
After You Apply
Once you submit your application:
I’ll read it personally.
If I think the program is the right fit for you (and you for it), we’ll book a short conversation.
If it’s not the right moment, I’ll suggest a better starting point, The Reset, The Change Room, or the Life Audit test, so you’re still moving forward.
Either way, you’ll get clarity.
And that’s valuable on its own.
